Yes I know it's been a long time since I've made a treasury to share my lovely etsy finds with you.  The truth is life happens and well mojo is affected, but then it starts to come back in trickles and then starts to flow.  So I hope you'll enjoy taking the time to explore these beautiful finds and the talented people behind them!

Enjoy & share the love =) xx

Finding the Ocean.....

I love the Sea and find the Oceans fascinating, so no wonder many of my treasuries are themed after them.  As always I love looking for finds in aquatic colours and tried to capture a little of the movement as well.  The beautiful teal skirt in the top row looks to me as if its floating with the beautiful fish =)

Enjoy!

Atlantis Necklace.....

I've had these Lampwork beads for a while and wanted to create a sea themed necklace using them.  Originally I wanted to use various stones, maybe even small pearls, but in the end I chose to just keep it simple and use some gorgeous smooth round blue Kyanite beads that I have.  I used 22g goldfilled wire, as the lampwork beads are quite heavy and luckily I was able to fit the Kyanite beads onto this as well.   I'm keeping this one!  It sits very nicely just bellow my collar bone and was comfortable to wear =)  To match I made very simple earrings just using a single Kyanite bead on each one with a little goldfilled bead at each end of it.
I think this picture shows the colours in the central focal beads better =)

Playful Starfish.....

I've been collecting beads, pendants and charms for over 20 years and I've had this lovely starfish in my collection for sometime now waiting to be used.  One of the things I love about my Karen Hill Tribe silver, other then the fact that most of it is fair trade, is that its lovely and organic with its prints and shapes.  So here I teamed up these lovely starfish with beautiful Lampwork beads, that have been handcrafted by a artisan to be reminiscent of vintage Sea glass.

I found the fossil that I've used as a photo prop on the beach, when I went away for a week with my primary school when I was 11 years old =)

Golden Beryl Aquamarine Leafs Set.........................

Glorious Golden Beryl Aquamarine has been beautifully carved to create these briolettes.  Hanging from a fine 14k gold filled chain, the 1" pendant has two beautiful micro faceted Andalucite rondelles sitting above it, wrapped with gold filled wire.

I made matching earrings, which have lever back ear wires, as you can see from the above picture.

Star among the pearls.........

This beautiful choker features a Star Flower pendant and lovely creamy white Freshwater Pearls.  The pendant was hand crafted by Karen Hill Tribe Artisans, as are all the small beads and heart toggle.  The silver used by the KHT Artisans is .999 percent silver and can be cleaned with a little lime juice if needed.  I used sterling silver wire and chain when crafting this necklace.

Pink Gold in Bloom................

This necklace was hand crafted using 14k gold filled wire, chain and light peach Swarovski crystals.  Its main focal point is the beautiful Pink Gold Vermeil blossom pendant and the two leafs that hang below it.  All three pendants, small beads and toggle used to create this necklace, where Hand made by Karen Hill Tribe Artisans, their work being of the highest standard and they are Fair Trade.
